Testing joyride 1520 on testing system A05 (B4) with the following test
 case: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Tests/Time_sync ("Ensure automatic time
 correction on boot")

I have fixed the script as per #5930, and now if I run that as root (with
parameters "msh0 up") the time is correctly synchronized. Also, if I
reconnect to another network manually (the other test case on that page),
 the time is correctly synced.

However, the time does not sync on boot even when a connection is
established successfully. I added some logging to the time-sync script,
and have confirmed that it does not execute on a normal boot (where it
connects to the school server mesh with no intervention).
