 laptop.org IPv6 is currently broken.

 Browse should fall back to IPv4, but it is not doing so. It's currently
 not possible to get to any laptop.org site from any XO that has IPv6
 connectivity (not exactly sure what determines if this is the case).

 To reproduce:
  1. Open browse on any XO
  2. Enter address http://wiki.laptop.org
  3. Wait indefinitely, nothing happens
