Comment:

 Based on this ticket and the discussions in #5392, I have added projects
 for Bengali (India) for project XO Core and XO Bundled, and users
 sankarshan and indradg have admin rights for the projects.
 Thank you for offering to help out, and apologies for the delay in getting
 this sorted out.
