 I see that Bulgarian is added in Pootle for XO-Core and XO-Bundled
 projects:
 https://dev.laptop.org/translate/bg

 However it appears I'm not the lang administrator. I would like to enable
 .po file uploads/merge so
 I can merge the work done by now.

 Can you add me as administrator for Bulgarian language, please?
