 Test procedure:

 Execute this command on a laptop with a Kingston 4GB SDHC card:

 ok dir sd:\
 }}}

 Observe that it fails with firmware Q2D07 and succeeds with Q2D08.  (I
 don't have such a card; the problem was reported by a customer and the fix
 verified by him.)
