 Test procedure:

 Power on with some game keys pressed.  Observe the display that shows
 which game keys are down.  You can add keys to the pressed set by pressing
 more keys before releasing.  Once keys have been seen to be pressed, they
 "stick" and cannot be "unpressed".  This is to prevent race conditions
 whereby some keys "go away" before others during the process of releasing
 the pressure.
