#5895: Sugar signal-quality indicator gives bogus indications

Sugar wireless signal quality indicator seems not to reliably deal
   with *really good* signals.

 Signal-to-noise using /sbin/iwconfig eth0 showed 50dB SNR, but sugar
indicator was all grey. With SNR improving to 60dB SNR, it went
all green. This *seems* like integer overflow or something similar
to me. Given that you can get pretty good results with WiFi over
a broad range of SNRs, quantizing the colour scheme in the sugar
signal indicator is a bit of a challenge, but this struck me as
   odd.
