 Currently the only way to edit key bindings (I wanted to change the
 shortcut for screenshot to something other than alt-1) seems to be to edit
 /usr/share/sugar/shell/keyhandler.py. It would be much easier to have a
 config file in either ~/.sugar or /etc/sugar to edit these rather than
 going to the .py file directly.
