Comment:

 I can think of no reason why anything at our side would cause a failure to
 connect to google, but the wireless driver in the 6xx builds is completely
 uninteresting. Please try a joyride build (1513 and _not_ 1514 which has
 inexplicably reverted to a known-broken driver again). Also install
 tcpdump and show the traffic when you attempt to connect by 'telnet
 www.google.com 80' and fetch a page.
