 According to the
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Human_Interface_Guidelines/The_Sugar_Interface/Layout_Guidelines
 Sugar Interface Layout Guildelines] all 4 corners of the screen are used
 to bring up the frame.

 In activity mode, the top two corners are usually blank as specified;
 however, the bottom two corners are often used as part of the activity
 area. This leads to the frame popping up when it is not desired.

 For example:
 [[BR]]- in the browse activity, it is difficult to scroll down on the
 scroll bar without invoking the frame.
 [[BR]]- in the paint activity, it is difficult to draw near the corners
 without invoking the frame.

 (Arguably, this would less of an issue if children fingers on the touchpad
 were more precise.)

 IMO, the top two hot corners, the frame button, and the journal page
 provide plenty of access to the frame.
