Comment:

 Fixed by svn 768 and 769.  Expected release in q2d08.  Test in q2d07e and
 later.

 Subproblem 1 can be tested by using the Forth debugger to artificially
 induce a hardware error in the bad block table.

 Subproblem 2 can be tested by doing crc-nand with a .crc file to which
 additional records have been added to make the number of crc entries
 greater than the number of NAND blocks.  Prior to this fix, the message
 would be "No more good NAND blocks".  Afterwards, the message would be
 "More CRC records than NAND blocks".  Nothing bad would happen in either
 case.
