 For the buttons on the top row, there is no good way for a blind
 person to tell where to press or even that there are 15 or so keys
 rather than just three large buttons.  This is particularly
 problematic for the middle button, with seven or so keys; it becomes
 difficult to estimate location by distance.  There should be some
 kind of dot or tactile mark on at least some of these keys to make
 it easier to tell where to press.
