Right now, Browse displays the title of the page in the URL bar until it
is focused. This is fine, and by design, but it does mean that one can't
know where they are clicking within the URL when they focus it.

For this reason, we should do one of two things to make it predictable,
though I'm not sure which is the better choice:

  1. Perform a select-all operation when the field is focused. This
prepares the field for a brand new URL, as typing any character will clear
the current string. It also makes it possible to get to the beginning and
end of the URL with a single press of the left and right arrow keys,
 respectively.

  2. Place the cursor at the end of the URL, which is the most significant
part. This allows one to add or modify the tail of the path, or press and
hold erase to clear it out.

I think I actually prefer the first of these, as it is the most versatile.
