 This is a good point.  I think we should handle this one way or another in
 the near term.  Rearrangement of items within a tray is part of the spec
 anyway, so if we can make that a reality all the better.  If we choose to
 tackle it that way, it should probably get a separate ticket, as it's a
 change that will affect things other than the clipboard.

 Tomeu, which solution do you think is possible in the near future?
