 Actually the {{{^}}} operator was not configured to mean xor in that
 version and later, so I still don't understand what's going on. Can you
 enable debug logs and attach Calculate logs? That should tell me what's
 going on. (see
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Test_Config_Notes#Turn_on_All_logs)

 {{{sqrt(-1^2)}}} giving an error was a bug, and is fixed in the latest
 version.
