 I received my laptop and it was working great for two days. Then all of a
 sudden it stopped loading any programs. Let me describe as best as I can
 what happens when we turn it on.

 When we first got it, the Journal icon was placed at the bottom of the
 circle. Now when the system finishes loading, the circle is empty. When we
 click on any of the other items,  at the bottom, they get put into the
 circle but they never start. There is a rectangle that appears saying
 "starting" but it stays stuck. This is true for all the icons (web
 browser). writing, Turtle Art, etc.  The one exception is when we load the
 e-toys icon. It opens up but we get this message:
 "An error has occurred, you should probably just hit 'abandon'. Sorry!"
