 Sounds like you are not clicking it all the way in. You need to press it
 up with a fingernail until it clicks and latches. Then there is no way for
 it to fall out until you press it again to unlatch it. Works like any
 other SD slot in a camera.

 Are you saying that after inserting 20 or so times, it will no longer
 click?
