Comment:

 I expect that the number of activities will overwhelm our abilities to
 have components for each one (at least with Trac's current functionality
 in this area).

 But Tuxpaint is likely to be popular enough that we'd better create one
 for "tuxpaint-activity" just the same, along with having an "other-
 activity" component.

 As to whom we assign as default owner, I dunno who is doing the sugar
 version of tuxpaint off hand; other-activity for the moment should be me,
 until I can get the monkey of routine bug triage off my back...
