 I recently created a ticket (#5798) regards Tux Paint.  It was unclear
 what Component to use, as Tux Paint appears not to have one.
 Historically, Components were created when d.l.o gits were created.  But
 the last I heard, our story is people are free to use other repos.    But
 unified bug trac'ing would be more useful than scattered.

 We should at least have an 'activity - other' Component, yes?
