 The current TuxPaint-1.xo is reported to require non-standard installation
 - http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Tux_Paint .

 This is obviously much less useful than a normal .xo file which can be
 installed the usual way.  Such a .xo should be created.

 I've no idea what Component to use for this ticket, which seems an
 additional issue or two.
