 The manual control-panel commands are too time consuming to easily perform
 experiments.

 We must have an easy to use UI to allow controlling:
  * Mesh multicast rate
  * Mesh TTL
  * Presence protocol: Gabble, Salut, automatic select
 These parameters should be stable across boots.

  Switching to a console, and then typing a long command isn't fast enough
 to easily control 5-10-50 laptops.

 Simon, daf, the presence protocol option will require work at your end.
 Please don't hold things up for multicast rate and ttl for that option,
 however.
