Comment:

 Fixed in Joyride-1701 in Pippy-19.xo.

 Tested in Joyride-1731 - works: succeeds to launch when neither telepathy-
 gabble nor telepathy-salut are running.

 Since #6299 somehow got into Update-1.695, this needs to go into Update.1
 too.
