 For reasons that are a total mystery to me, the build 657 at http://xs-
 dev.laptop.org/~cscott/olpc/streams/update.1/build657/ is very much older
 than the build 656 at http://xs-
 dev.laptop.org/~cscott/olpc/streams/ship.2/build656/, which in turn does
 not appear to be identical with the build 656 at
 http://download.laptop.org/xo-1/os/official/656/. So it seems that the
 build 657 I was referring to in the previous post is not a step forward
 from 656, but rather a step backward. Pardon my (justified) confusion.
