 In this failure no incoming traffic was observed on msh0.

 However, incoming traffic ''is'' observed on eth0.

 Bringing up the rtap0 interface to
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Wireless#Capturing_wireless_traffic_on_the_xo
 capture traffic] shows both mesh and incoming traffic being received
 correctly.

 On the observed failure instance, bringing down rtap0 did recover normal
 operation.
