 While testing mesh network at 1CC, we observed sometimes a Chat instance
 still receive messages from other XO's but its own message aren't received
 by the same XO's.

 Attached Salut log and tcpdump of the working and bugged side. First the
 bugged XO sended a message which wasn't displayed on the other side. Then
 the working XO sended a message which was properly received.
