 In the Journal Activity one has the possibility to mark items with a star
 (keep: 1 in the datastore?) Since one can search for items by many other
 criteria, it would be nice (and would encourage the use of the star) if it
 was searchable.

 Implementation can be, for example, a star in the toolbar's most left
 side, mimicking the star next to the items. I guess the design of Journal
 is going to be changed soon...but I wanted to put this in to be sure that
 every field that can be set, is searchable...
