 I cleaned up the RestrictedFormats#Sun Java section to provide a link to
 http://java.sun.com/products/archive/j2se/5.0_13/index.html. This takes
 navigating the Sun website down to loading one page and right-clicking the
 file to be downloaded.

 I'm still troubled by the fact that the instructions for making the java
 plugin work from the browser simply don't work. See:
 http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/6465
