#6544: PS/2 commands appears to be out of spec resulting in resets

To reproduce the problem, hold down on of the game keys and concurrently
cause the touchpad to change modes by press and lifting a finger from on
of the touchpad. This process must be done during the boot process.
During boot an error message like "drivers/input/mouse/olpc.c: Mode switch
to 2 failed! (-1) [4294938990]" will appear in the autoconfiguration
message. I should not that I am running this on Q2D13 and Update.1 (691).
In reviewing the log it appears as part of the mode switching between GS
and PT mode 0xF2 commands are issued but in one case the data is returned
prior to fa (ACK) which violated the PS/2 spec.

I am attaching a snippet of the log.

This might be one of the problems that MS is seeing when PS/2 devices
 hung.
