The font used in console doesn't have Arabic glyphs, however it won't be
of much help since there is no BiDi nor Arabic shaping support in the
console.

Terminal activity is using vte, which doesn't support BiDi or Arabic
shaping as well.
The translation issues should be fixed, though only core activities are
translated.
