 It's custom built by scripts at runtime, because it needs to have the XO's
 serial number and UUID plugged into it.  It's created in /etc/init.d/olpc-
 configure.  That appears to be in RPM package "olpc-utils".  The English
 version is literally embedded into the olpc-configure shell script.  If
 you attach a translated version of /home/.devkey.html to this bug report,
 I'm sure that the team can get it into the right place in the release.

 Pages on the key server that need translation are, similarly, the pages
 which /home/.devkey.html links you to.  Go through the process of getting
 a developer key for an XO yourself -- and translate each page you see in
 that process.  They're all simple pages.  Then attach here; one of the
 security gurus can put them onto the proper server.
