 After I click on an access point and connect, there still are no buddies
 in the mesh view. I have to kill Sugar (ctrl-alt-erase) to get buddies to
 show up.

 This is an MP-693 and the olpc.collabora jabber server. Adding logs (there
 is a Traceback in presenceservice.log).
