 I have a B4 that will download .xo files from the local filesystem to the
 Journal without installing them.  On download, the files are simply added
 to the Journal; when copying to clipboard, the object is recognized as a
 sugar activity bundle.  attempting to resume, I get the option to "resume
 sugar activity bundle," but nothing is unpacked into
 /home/olpc/Activities.
