 My original patch has been in the stable kernel since Jan 18, so it ought
 to be fixed.

 Does it only happen under these conditions?  If so, it may be a different
 bug.  Before, the bug did not require suspending the machine.  Please,
 describe the symptoms you see as precisely as you can.
