 It happens some times, when XOs recover from resume, that the mesh view to
 be messed up.
 As stated in #6467 in most times all icons vanish instantly after resume,
 and slowly reappear.

 In some cases the XOs will "never" see each other again, even if long time
 passes while non-suspended.

 Then you are forced to restart sugar or which mesh channels back and forth
 to "see" all other XOs in the mesh.

 The logs are provided for 2 XOs that are in this situation.
 The two XOs in this case could ping each other.
