 I haven't though of how could an ever present sharing status could look
 like, I'll try to think of one which isn't obtrusive. Other than that, the
 activity icon in home never tells that detail. What if shared activities
 in Home had a neighborhood or group emblem (could make them too busy?). Or
 also, or additionally, have it stated in their palette, "Shared with My
 friends", "Shared with the Neighborhood".
