 It might be better to open a new ticket but I just throw it here...  Is
 full-text search in contents out of question?  There seems to be an
 assumption that kids are going to tag their work accordingly, but that is
 unlikely.  Also, if you, say, rename an entry (i.e., copy it under
 different name) from the activity for it, the tag is inherited to the new
 entry, which is and isn't desirable.  (For example, if the user put a tag
 "homework, resarch on sharks" on a document, but later repurpose it but
 forgot to re-tag it, it leads confusion.

 If there is full (text) search in the contents, the user can just look up
 related entry.  System wouldn't have to provide tagging in that case.  The
 user can create their own way of tagging an entry in the text (like a
 header or footer) so it can be more flexible.

 In Gmail, people don't really need folders and categories.  They can
 always search and that is it.  Maybe that would be a good model in Journal
 as well...
