#6424: avoid duplicating space when downloading & installing bundles

Comment:

 For content bundles intended to be consumed within Browse, we could use
 the protocol handler for JAR files in mozilla.

 But for all the other cases, I guess we would have to delete the original
 bundle after expansion. The problem with this is that there are use cases
 where we want the bundle again:

  * for sending across the network,

  * for publishing in a web server,

  * for copying to an usb stick,

  * ... Eben?

 But perhaps there's no problem in rebundling again?
