#6414: system crashes if light is too bright

 If the camera is placed in front of an extremely bright light source the
 entire system crashes. No response or logs generated. (logs attached are
 all I got)
 remote debugging was no use either because host appeared to be down.

 1) The Record-Activity is launched.
 2) The green light indicates that the cam is active.
 3) The laptop is placed in front of a bright light source.
 4) The green light turns off and the picture on the screen shows a still-
 image.
 5) The mouse is moved turning the cam back on.
 6) The light source is again placed in front of the XO.
 7) Complete loss of functionality. The display freezes and only the power
 and the battery light are still on. Remote ssh session are dropped and
 wireless interface is not responding.
