 This bug is a contributing factor to bug #6360, where kids end up
 switching activities by mistake and then feeling a need to restart the
 desired activity. (starting a second copy because the frame took them away
 from the first copy -- the end result is running out of memory and losing
 work)

 Probably corner activation should just go away. Using anything other than
 the current activity is going to be rare even for people advanced enough
 to want sharing and multitasking.
