 The link for requesting a dev key in update.1 is different from its
 location in 650/653/656, and rather obscure.  It's actually in two places:
 at the bottom of the "activities -> find activities" page, and at
 "activities -> explore your XO -> troubleshooting -> developers -> How do
 I get a developer key?" (as green text which doesn't look like a link).

 We could do better.
