Comment:

 I'm not sure what the problem is. Currently in *all* activities, once
 shared with "My Neighborhood" the control is disabled and you can't
 unshare it. That will be addressed in a future release.

 The log files you attached show no errors.

 Double clicking is never required or of particular effect in sharing an
 activity.

 Perhaps the issue you found is that some times an activity will
 automatically share itself a short time after launching. This occurs when
 resuming from the journal if the activity was previously shared. That is
 by design.

 If that doesn't explain it, please try to explain in greater detail what
 happens.
