 I'm not sure if this is the same bug, or #3592, or something else. Machine
 is C2 with q2d11 and joyride-1621.

 I have a "modal" bug where as your finger first touches/approaches the
 touchpad, the cursor moves rapidly up and to the left, then back down and
 to the right when you take your finger off. Sometimes this does not
 happen, and sometimes the movement is only horizontal. Tends to happen
 somewhat less if you put your finger down/up rapidly. Total quantity of
 movement generally between 1/2 and 1 screen height in each dimension. As
 you move your finger across the edge of the sensitive area, the same
 symptom occurs. Generally the bug appears about 5-10% of the time and
 seems to appear in clusters - even restarting did not fix it on one
 occasion. I am now updating to 691 to see if this still happens.
