 Made some tests to narrow the issue.

 1) 653 install and latest browser beta2.1 and hulahop 0.4.0-2
    - looks bad - like we see in current update.1

 2) latest joyride(1638) and old browser (hulahop.i386 0:0.3-1.olpc2,
 xulrunner.i386 0:1.9-0.10.a9pre.olpc2)
    - looks great - like we see in 653 with the old browser

 This should show that other packages than xulrunner are not involved in
 this issue.

 3) Tested beta1.2 which had the same issue - controls not displayed right.
 It was basically an update to the latest cvs sources. It was as well the
 browser version before we played with the no-native-theme patch.
