 This is the final set of library changes to for Update.1.

 The changes to olpc-library-core are small and limited to CSS and text
 content changes (e.g., fixed links, spelling mistakes).

 There is a very minor change in olpc-library-common that fixes a pattern
 in make_index.py that caused some locales to be missed and translated
 category files to not be used.

 This is all tested and working perfectly well in Joyride and fixes all
 known outstanding issues with the content library.
