Comment(by grumbel):

 The minimum brightness reachable via the keyboard isn't the real minium
 brightness, since the keyboard always makes a 2 step increment/decrement
 when changing the brightness.

 Doing a:

 echo 1 > /sys/class/backlight/dcon-bl/brightness

 Will result in a even lower brightness setting.
