 Again, it's *not* 'su -'. It's just 'su'.  Using 'su -' asks su to get rid
 of extraneous environment variables, like SUGAR_PATH, and that is *not*
 what you want.

 I'm all for people typing 'su' or 'sudo' when they want root.  I don't see
 the need for a special button, and the current implementation of that
 button is just gross.
