#6304: Network unreachable after long sleep
---------------------------------+------------------------------------------

---------------------------------+------------------------------------------
When my XO sleeps for a long time (overnight, or a few hours) the network
stops working when it has woken up. It still has an IP address, but can't
 ping anything.

Mesh view still shows presence of buddies and activities on the server
from when it went to sleep. Since NM doesn't report losing or changing the
IP address, Presence Service doesn't stop telepathy-gabble, and doesn't
get any updates to presence, so it continues to show an out of date mesh
 view.

Clicking on my AP results in mesh view being cleared as NM pokes PS, but
then the WEP key dialog pops up repeatedly and it doesn't connect.

If I run "sudo service NetworkManager restart" it tries the three mesh
channels, then connects to my AP without asking for the WEP key, and
successfully connects to the jabber server - so this completely fixes the
 state it was in.
