 I tested 1621 where the script is present. I fails when commands are
 passed that contain arguments themself
  sudo sugar-control-panel -s timezone Europe/Berlin
 since the optparse tries to interpret them for the wrapper.

 As well we need to find a way that when using 'become_root' the SUGAR_PATH
 is present.
