 while packaging tamtam activities I've made some minor fixes/enhancements:

 fix gcc warnings
 add FEATURES_GRAB_MOUSE
 add FEATURES_* tags to Config.py
 fix groups in Edit
 update lab&mic files on the fly
 sort labs&mics by name in Jam
 use ScrolledToolbar in TamTamEdit
 fix tracks width
 global on/off mic&lab from Config flags
 move micrec code to OS.py
 use OS.system instead of commands.getstatusoutput
 add kitStage member to Instrument class; refactor code to use .kit and
 .kitStage instead of .name parsing
 remove focus from ScrolledToolbar's arrows
 remove magic number from SynthLabMain.py
 SynthLab's sliders width
 gui fixes for ogg-record
 use TMP_DIR for temporary files
 use env variables to setup debug flags
 cleanup paths for XO and non-XO installations
 add lab images
 rename lab&mic to mysounds
 fix fail on empty group
 fix horisontal alignment of Instrumants in Mini
 autohide ScrolledToolbar's arrows
 use ScrolledToolbar in Mini/InstrumentPanel
 create ScrolledToolbar class from Picker
 add fake drumkit sounds
 do not override activity.Activity's toolbox variable
 revert instrument toolbar
 adapt to non-XO resolution
