reproduce anything like this?
Is possible, but don't have access to a hub ATM so can't try to reproduce.
Easy way to find out would be to bisect by running the pre-USB_SUSPEND
kernel (build 2587). I won't have access to my HW again until I am working
from home again next week.
I'm 110% certain this is kernel as we are seeing "ehci_hcd 0000:00:0f.5:
port 4 reset error -110" (110 = ETIMEDOUT), so going to take this one and
also set it as a blocker for 9.1.0
